Questions

Is my statement stored anywhere?
No. The PDF is held in memory only while it is converted and discarded right after. We keep only: engine used, page count, row count, whether balances matched, token counts and a timestamp, linked to your license key when one is used. For purchases we keep the email from Stripe and the credits used. With the AI engine the PDF is sent to Anthropic's API, which does not train on it and retains inputs for up to 30 days; see Privacy.
Why not just ask ChatGPT?
Chat assistants do fine on a 3-page statement and quietly skip rows on a 15-page one. Every StatementSheet conversion is checked against the statement’s own balances, row by row, so you see immediately whether anything is missing. If an AI read does not balance, you are not charged.
What is the difference between the free and AI engine?
The free engine reads downloaded e-statements with a table layout and lets you download the first 20 rows; the balance check runs on every row. The AI engine reads scanned statements, multi-line descriptions and unusual layouts and includes the full download. One credit per statement (one per 20 pages for long ones).
Which banks are supported?
Any bank that issues a PDF statement — Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, HSBC, Barclays, Monzo, Revolut, Wise, Vietcombank, Techcombank and hundreds more. Try the free engine first; if it cannot read the layout, the AI engine is layout-independent.
Do I need an account?
No. After payment you get a license key on screen and by email. Paste it once; your browser remembers it, and the email contains a link that works on any device.
What if the numbers are wrong?
The badge tells you immediately when totals do not match and highlights the rows where the running balance breaks. An AI read that does not balance is refunded automatically (fair-use limit per key). Unused credits are refunded in full within 14 days.
