What happens to my PDF?

Your statement is received over HTTPS, held in server memory only while it is being converted, and discarded as soon as the response is sent. It is never written to disk, never backed up, and never used to train anything.

AI engine processing

When you choose the AI engine, the PDF is sent to Anthropic's API to extract the rows. Anthropic processes it under its commercial API terms: inputs are not used for training and are retained for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, then deleted. Free-engine conversions never leave our server.

What we store

For each conversion: engine used, page count, row count, whether balances reconciled, token counts for AI reads, and a timestamp; when a license key is used, the record is linked to that key and therefore to the purchase email. For each purchase: the email address from Stripe Checkout, the pack bought, credits used, and the Stripe session and payment ids. We never see or store card numbers. Anonymous funnel counters (uploads, failures by error code, checkout starts) are kept without any identifier.

Sub-processors

Stripe (payments and invoices), Anthropic (AI engine only, when you choose it), Resend (license-key email), and our hosting provider for the server that runs the conversion.

Browser storage

Your license key is saved in your browser's local storage so you don't have to retype it. Clear site data to remove it.

Your rights

Write to noreply@staging.maveragroups.com from the address used at checkout to delete your purchase record or request a copy of what we hold. Deleting the record also deactivates the key.
