- Parties
- These terms are a contract between you and StatementSheet (staging) (Staging environment for review only - not a real offer), the operator of StatementSheet. Contact: noreply@staging.maveragroups.com.
- Service
- StatementSheet converts bank statement PDFs you upload into spreadsheet files. Output is an extraction aid; you remain responsible for checking figures before relying on them for tax, lending or accounting purposes.
- Credits
- One credit covers one statement of up to 20 pages (longer statements use one credit per 20 pages). Credits are tied to a license key and never expire. A key may be used by one organisation on any number of devices.
- Automatic refunds of credits
- A conversion that fails returns no result and costs nothing. An AI read whose balances do not match the statement's own opening and closing balances is delivered but not charged, up to a fair-use limit of 2 such reads (or 10% of the pack) per key.
- Refunds
- Unused credits are refunded in full on request within 14 days of purchase. Write to the support address with your receipt. Refunded purchases deactivate the key.
- Acceptable use
- Upload only statements you are entitled to process. Do not probe the service for vulnerabilities or resell access without written agreement.
- Availability and liability
- The service is provided as is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
- Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of registration (staging placeholder).
- Changes
- We may update these terms; material changes are announced on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
